Blu Manor was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance. We provide transitional housing for individuals reentering the community after incarceration, offering a stable foundation from which they can rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
Our program is built on accountability, structure, and support. We work closely with probation officers, parole agencies, and reentry professionals to ensure our residents have the tools and environment they need to succeed. Every aspect of our housing is designed to promote self-sufficiency and long-term stability.
With 5+ properties across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties — including locations in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater — Blu Manor has grown to serve dozens of residents at any given time. Listed on the Florida Department of Corrections Resource Directory, our fully furnished, move-in ready rooms make the transition as smooth as possible, so residents can focus on what matters most: securing employment, meeting supervision requirements, and building a better future.

Blu Manor was born from a deeply personal understanding of the challenges facing individuals reentering society. Our founder recognized that without stable housing, the cycle of recidivism becomes nearly impossible to break. That insight drove the creation of a housing program that combines affordability with accountability — giving residents the structure they need without stripping away their dignity.
Today, the founder continues to be actively involved in daily operations, working directly with residents, supervision officers, and community partners to ensure Blu Manor remains true to its mission.
